WATER RIGHT APPLICATIONS
Applications for new surface water or groundwater uses, permanent or temporary transfers, groundwater registration modifications, ownership updates, assignments, allocation of conserved water. We will file and track any Oregon Water Resources Department (OWRD) applications to get your water rights back on track. Every process starts with assessing the feasibility.
DUE DILIGENCE REPORTS
Whether you are purchasing/selling a farm or just figuring out how to irrigate legally, we can put together an extensive water right report for you. All existing rights will be mapped along with their sources using current GIS data. We identify issues and recommend the best path to resolving them.
CLAIM OF BENEFICIAL USE
After completing the development of a water right permit, OWRD requires that the permit holder hire a certified water right examiner (CWRE) to prepare a claim of beneficial use. We can help you through this process to prove up your water rights and submit the proper evidence to obtain a certificate.
OWRD REQUIRED REPORTING
We can assist with submitting any required OWRD annual water use reporting. We will help meet all your permit conditions to avoid any potential loss of water rights.
STATIC WATER LEVELS
Some groundwater rights require the measurement of the static water level in your well every March. We are equipped to take that measurement for you and can submit the necessary report to the state.
